SHIPPING:

Electronic Delivery: When we convert photos that you've uploaded on our website, we will deliver them to your email or you may opt to download the item. You must notify us via email if you wish to have a download link or by default the converted image(s) will be emailed to the email that you provided upon submitting your photos.

Tangible Items: If you order art from us directly and NOT from our art gallery (Red Bubble) we will ship your items via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground, whichever is least expensive. You will receive tracking information to your email address when the item is shipped. Orders are filled within 48 hours. Shipping is $15 flat inside the Continental U.S.A. Shipping is 3-5 business days inside the Continental U.S.A. Orders received outside the Continental U.S.A. are charged $35 flat for shipping. Those orders are sent using FedEx or USPS Global Priority. Insurance IS included in the above mentioned shipping.

There is no shipping on Saturday or Sundays. If you order Friday after 1pm, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be filled on Monday and shipped Monday. This isn't by our doing. FedEx doesn't ship "ground" on Saturday or Sunday.

If you order through our art gallery (Red Bubble), they take care of their own shipping so you will need to see their website for more details.

How can you tell the difference between our site and red bubble's? Easy... look at the url in the browser. If it says abstractbody.com on it, then that's us... If it says redbubble.com on it, that's them.

RETURNS ON TANGIBLE ITEMS:

We issue full refunds without the application of restocking fees or reshipping fees on the framed and matted art you see on abstractbody.com.

• If your item was not delivered to the shipping address that you provided, please either contact us or the shipping company to try and track it down using the tracking number provided.

• If your item is destroyed during shipping or broken, they are insured so please contact us or the shipping company to file a claim. Have your tracking number on hand.

• If you don't know your tracking information, please contact us and we'll provide that to you. We keep all tracking receipts for one year from the date of shipping. But don't wait to contact us... do so as soon as possible.

• If you have given us the wrong shipping address, please let us know so we can track the order and get the item to the correct location.

• Contact us if you have any problems.

PRIVACY:

No information submitted by a buyer will be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.

TYPES OF PHOTOS WE CONVERT:

We convert any type of photo, but we do not convert pornographic images. We will convert adult photos that are tasteful in nature and artistic. We reserve the right to deem what is artistic and tasteful.
